PROCESS
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT Start with your requirements.
We begin by understanding your product, application and project requirements. You may provide a technical drawing, 3D CAD file, physical sample, dimensional specification, material requirement or application information.
ENGINEERING REVIEW We evaluate the manufacturing approach.
Our engineering team reviews the product design, dimensions, material, tolerances, application and production requirements to determine a suitable manufacturing process and identify any technical considerations before tooling development.
TOOLING DEVELOPMENT We develop the tooling required for production.
Based on the approved product requirements, we develop the appropriate tooling for the selected manufacturing process. Tooling is designed with consideration for product dimensions, material characteristics, production requirements and process stability.
TRIAL PRODUCTION We validate the product and process.
Initial production trials are conducted to evaluate the manufacturing process and product characteristics. Samples are produced for dimensional, visual and functional evaluation according to the agreed requirements.
QUALITY INSPECTION We verify the finished product.
Trial and production parts are inspected against the approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements. Dimensional and visual characteristics are checked to ensure the product meets the agreed requirements.
PROCESS OPTIMIZATION We fine-tune the process for consistency.
Based on trial results and inspection findings, process parameters and manufacturing conditions can be adjusted to improve dimensional consistency, product quality and production stability.
PRODUCTION From approved samples to production.
Once the product and manufacturing process are approved, we proceed with production according to the agreed specifications, quality requirements and delivery schedule.
