NIYO Membership

For members who earn 500 points in a single receipt

  • Purchase any shoes at a member price, which is 20% cheaper than non-member price.
  • Receive free shipping anywhere in Malaysia.
  • Be the first to receive our email about NIYO’s pre-launch design.
  • Get an exclusive invitation to all NIYO events.
  • All applicants must be a Malaysian aged 18 years and above.
  • All applicants below 18 years old must provide parental approval.
  • To qualify as a NIYON member, you must purchase a minimum of two pairs of shoes in a single receipt.
  • All members are entitled to special membership benefits and privileges.
  • All member points are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
  • All points will be accumulated from the first purchase onwards.
  • All points are valid for one year for voucher redemptions. The point history will be recorded.
  • NIYO reserves the right to reject any request for voucher redemption in their sole discretion.
  • NIYO reserves the right to change, revise, add or remove the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Purhcase & Return

To secure order, kindly book your shoes and make advanced payment to us.

  • For exchanges involving shoe sizes and defects, customers must return their shoes within seven days.
  • Submit an email for approval to begin the exchange process.
  • For all exchanges, the postage is to be borne by the customer.
  • Strictly no refunds and order cancellations for any purchase.
  • All shoes must be returned in original condition. It must not be worn, washed or changed in any colour or form.
  • The management reserves the right to reject any damaged or used items based on our sole discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

  • For ready stock, customer will receive their shoes within 7 days.
  • For orders during the pre-order, customers will receive their shoes within 30-45 days.
  • Deliveries are available anywhere within Malaysia.
  • From time to time, we may receive a high volume of orders. Kindly anticipate unintended delivery delays while we process and fulfil these orders.
  • All NIYO members will receive free shipping anywhere within Malaysia. Other membership benefits include special reward points, VIP invitations, birthday specials and gift vouchers.
  • For non-NIYO members, the shipping fee is RM10 for deliveries within Malaysia.
  • To be eligible for NIYO membership, purchase two pairs of shoes or earn a minimum of 500 reward points, which are calculated based on the price of the final purchase.
